The Founder
Built by Kai O'Neal
Kai O'Neal started Home Doctor on the I 35 corridor with one truck, one zip code, and a simple standard: inspect carefully, document everything, and never let a small problem grow into a crisis.
The idea was contrarian. The market here is full of lawn guys and one off contractors, but no one was looking after the home itself the way it deserves: on a schedule, to one standard, with a record of everything. Home Doctor is built to be exactly that, one company, one monthly report on what your home is worth and how it's holding up.
We're early, and we're proud of it. Every member today is shaping the company the rest of Central Texas will eventually take for granted.

Home Doctor keeps your home healthy, but when the 5 Point Health Check turns up something that needs a licensed trade, we don't hand you a phone book. We can refer you to a trusted local contractor so the fix is handled to the same standard as everything else.
