These Terms of Service are a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch. They govern your use of https://www.thehomedoctortx.com and any membership with Home Doctor Services LLC.
Memberships & Billing
Home Doctor memberships are billed monthly and are month to month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is determined by lot size and the plan tier you select.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and ends scheduled service at the end of the current billing period.
Scope of Services
Services are described on this website and in your member materials. The 5 Point Home Health Check is a recurring visual condition review. It is not a licensed home inspection, code inspection, or real estate transaction inspection, and it is not a guarantee against future issues.
Work outside the scope of your plan may be coordinated separately, including a referral to a licensed contractor.
Home Value Estimates
Estimated home values shown in your monthly report are informational, are sourced from third party data, and are not appraisals or guarantees of any sale price or market value.
Property Access & Responsibility
By scheduling service, you authorize Home Doctor to access the property as needed to perform the agreed services. Please secure pets and notify us of hazards or access constraints.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Doctor's liability is limited as described herein. This section will be finalized with counsel and the governing state of Texas.
